When I birthed The Harmony Program, I was thinking about one of my favorite things: music. I then equated a melody to create a life of harmony. Think about it - a melody is composed of distinct notes that come together to create a harmonic tune. So, why couldn't life be like a harmonic tune?
After making the choice to heal, I begin the quest to create harmony in my life. First, I had to identify what areas in my life were not in "tune". Next, I had to think about the areas that were out of tune and which ones were truly important to me. That exercise birthed the Harmony program. Once I figured it out for myself and started to do the work, I had to share it because I truly believe women can create the life, they desire by focusing on the areas of their life that are most important to them to create a life of Harmony.
My blueprint for creating my ideal life includes six (6) key areas. Your blueprint may include the same areas or some different areas. Whatever your blueprint, I believe the foundation for all is your mindset. No matter what areas you decide to focus on, it starts with your mindset coupled with being intentional.
The Harmony program is an online coaching program. It takes away the one thing that holds many women back; the thought they don't have the money to invest in themselves. It is an affordable program because it offers you the option to Do It Yourself (DIY) at your own pace online.

Creating your blueprint
Starting over can be a daunting and overwhelming process, whether you are starting over in your career, your relationships, or any other aspect of your life. It's natural to feel uncertain, anxious, and unsure of where to begin. But with the right support and guidance, it is possible to navigate the challenges of starting over and create a life that is fulfilling and meaningful.
The Harmony Program focuses on six key areas: mindset, boundaries, goal setting, discipline and time management, wellness and self-care, and financial management. I believe all these areas are interconnected and crucial to achieving harmony and balance in your life.
Let me give you a brief overview of what the Harmony Program blueprint entails.
Mindset and Boundaries: Take, control of your life by changing your thoughts and setting limits.
The mindset component of the Harmony Blueprint is to help you shift your beliefs and thought patterns to a more positive and empowering perspective. This is an essential step in achieving your goals and breaking through any limiting beliefs that may hold you back.
Boundaries are an essential aspect of the Harmony Blueprint. Boundaries are the limits and guidelines that we set for ourselves and others to protect our physical, emotional, and mental well-being. Learning to set healthy boundaries allows us to create balance and control in our lives, and to establish healthy and fulfilling relationships with others.
Goal setting is important because setting and achieving goals allows us to focus our efforts and energy on the things that are most important to us, to make progress, and achieve success in our personal and professional lives. Learning to overcome obstacles and setbacks that may stand in the way of your goals and developing strategies for staying focused and motivated is key to establishing goals.
From overwhelmed to successful: Develop discipline and effective time management strategies that will help you make the most of your time and achieve your goals.
By developing discipline and practical time management skills, you will be better able to focus on the things that are most important to you and create a sense of balance and control in your life.
Create wellness and self-care practices
Wellness and self-care are important for maintaining balance and achieving your goals. Develop a self-care plan that helps you prioritize your physical, emotional, and mental well-being and explore the importance of self-compassion and forgiveness, and how these practices can support your well-being.
Blueprint to a richer life: The area that often holds us back. The thought that we cannot do the thing that we most desire to do because we don't have the financial resources we needed.
Financial management is an important skill essential for achieving financial stability and security. By developing good financial habits and strategies, you will better manage your money, reduce debt, and create a financial roadmap to achieving your dreams.

I have eliminated the ability for women to make the excuse that coaching is too expensive by creating an e-learning program that makes it possible for women to engage in coaching at their own pace which is what makes it affordable.
